[resolved] [Plugin: Woocommerce Authorize.net DPM] Redirect not working/transactions pendin (3 posts)

    We are using Authorize.net DPM plugin and can't seem to process any payments. I enter my credit card in and when I click to pay, I'm redirected to: https://secure.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll. There are no errors, just a redirect to the url.

    The order shows as "pending" under woocommerce orders, but no money actually transacts.

    If I buy using other methods, or with coupons making the order $0, things work correctly. This is both in test mode, and in live mode with real credit card info.

    I have verified that we do not have anything set up in “Response/Receipt URLs” and “Relay Response”. I have also verified there are no problems with a reseller account. I have also disabled my theme and gone to the default theme so ensure there are no issues there. It seems to be an issue with this plugin.

    This is also what I'm seeing on the https://secure.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll page:

    An error occurred while trying to report this transaction to the merchant. An e-mail has been sent to the merchant informing them of the error. The following is the result of the attempt to charge your credit card.

    This transaction has been approved.
    It is advisable for you to contact the merchant to verify that you will receive the product or service.
