I believe there is no plugin that does this right now. We used to have an extension in our store that was called Commission King, but due to inactivity from the developer we were forced to pull that.
Good news is, we have a new plugin that does just this on our roadmap. Unfortunately, we do not have an estimated release date yet, but we want to get this out rather sooner than later because more people have expressed a demand for it.

I, too, am looking for the functionality in woocommerce like the EDD commissions plugin. In EDD, a CSV file is generated for upload to paypal to payout the commission splits. Issue is, I’m looking to use Intuit as my payment gateway.
How does the Vendors plugin for woocommerce handle splitting the payouts? Does it work with any payment gateway? I’m looking to use Intuit. Thanks!
