# Plugin wont upload

 * You are our final resort.
 * On 18th Jan – purchased plugin Ether Builder.zip
 * When i attempt to upload it via wordpress i get the below error,.
    I have download
   and installed other plugins and they work, on wordpress 3.4.2 – I have 1 plugin
   update which i cant upload on wordpress 3.5 Over the last 4 days I have exchanged
   several emails with the developer and there is nothing wrong on with file. I 
   have searched different forums and found that i need to change the PHP permissions
   for wordpress plugins I have followed these steps and changed them from 644 to
   755 and 777 but with no avail Also i have attempted to upload these on all domains–
   no success.
 * Can you point me in the right direction – Is there something that we are missing.–
   Can you provide some feedback.

    Installing Plugin from uploaded file: Ether Builder.zip Unpacking
   the package… Installing the plugin… The package could not be installed. No valid
   plugins were found. Plugin install failed. Return to Plugins page
