# Plugin won't update or send emails

 * Hello,
    My plugin doesn’t seem to be working. I’ve tried to update the plugin
   with no success. It won’t let me update to the current version.
 * In addition, the plugin does not currently send out any emails. The templates
   are in place and active. The plugin tracks the abandoned carts, but doesn’t generate
   any emails.
 * What do I do? I need help for my Black Friday surge!!
 * I have a license key if you need it.
 * Please reply asap.

 * I’m completing a support ticket at tychsoftwares.uservoice.com. I am running 
   Abandon Cart Pro version 2.3.3, but it won’t update to 2.4.4. I’m not sure what
   FTP details you need, so please let me know, and I will provide them.
