  • I’ve been having the same issue but worked around it by downloading the file manually from the plugin’s page. Unzip the downloaded file and upload the contents via FTP to the wp-content/plugins directory.

    FYI for plugin author, I’m still getting the same error message today. I’ll try deactivating or doing manually.

    Hi @wendy_d,

    if the problem are related to FREE version, I’m sorry but I cant test anything because the issue are related to wordpress.org website and probably the wp.org dev will solve it very fast.

    If the problem are related to a commercial version of this product, please open a ticket in our support platform because this isn’t the correct place to talk about commercial products.
