    Hello

We’ve purchased and installed the pro version of your plugin on this site as we prefer your styling to the previous plugin we used. When logged in as the administrator, the plugin works fine. However, when not logged in as an administrator, the plugin just ‘hangs’ – just to the right side of the search box is a spinning icon that never ends, the branch pins don’t load and you can’t click on any of the branches. We’re trying to get it resolved so we can roll it out to the other branches.

    Thanks in advance

    Hi,

We have investigated the URL you need help with. As you mentioned the plugin works fine when logged in, this may be an SSL issue. Google Maps API required SSL(HTTPS) to work. Please refer this article https://www.vitalorganizer.com/help/knowledgebase.php?article=915b288c81604a55624ed6c1f308813c

Let us know if you still face problems after getting SSL in place.

    Thanks

@altiusseo You mention that this is about the pro version of this authors plugin, please conduct any support relating to paid products on the authors own site as we do not allow paid support here on WordPress.org.

As it’s only been a couple of days @jurski, I will just quote my volunteer friend with regards to you asking for login details (please also take heed of the emphasized section at the end):

@jurski I’ve deleted your offer to login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials on these forums.

    https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/#the-bad-stuff

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.
