    Hi! This problem could happen for two reasons, either your server got full (what I don’t think), or there is some permission issue, that this folder couldn’t be created by PHP.

    You should just unzip the smart-slider-2.2.3.11.zip, and upload the smart-slider-2 folder into the wp-content\plugins\ folder of your website manually through your ftp. But before that, if you have that folder already there with some files, you should delete them.
    After you uploaded this folder with everything in it, you will see the Smart Slider in your backend Plugins’ list, and you should be able to activate it.
