Plugin won’t install

    The Ibtana Website builder plugin fails to install due to an error stating that a folder already exists. I have deleted the parent folder so I know it doesn’t exist but it still won’t install:

    An error occurred while installing Ibtana – WordPress Website Builder: Destination folder already exists. H:/root/home/mdmbaby-002/www/pcdems/wp-content/plugins/ibtana-visual-editor/.

    This means that the Pro theme version which I purchased, won’t work as it the site fails in an error when I click on ‘Customize’ the page. I’m also running up to date PHP and WordPress software. I don’t have problems with any other plugin installs but this one.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. To address the issue, please follow these steps:

    Firstly, delete the “ibtana-visual-editor” folder from the “plugins” directory. Once the folder has been successfully removed, refresh the plugins page. Then, proceed to install the latest version of Ibtana Visual Editor with the newest updates available. After installation, you can activate the latest version of the “ibtana-visual-editor” plugin.
