# Plugin with Massive Dynamic Theme

 * Hi,
 * I’m using one of the massive dynamic shortcodes with the plugin.
    The list is
   set up correctly and the subscribers are being added. But my question is around
   the submit button on that form.
 * When I click submit, nothing happens. The form stays as is. I was expecting it
   to display a message perhaps saying the form has been submitted.
 * How can I overcome this?
