    I am interested to buy your pro version but would like to know first if this works correctly with my Artemis theme.

    Hi,
    the pro version is working with almost every themes. but if you face any problem with the pro version then you can contact with our support portal.

    Dear Niloy,

    I have tried with two different card to buy the pro version but the message is still the same:
    Payment unsuccessful – there was a problem processing your credit card.
    For security reasons we may need you to re-enter your Visa or MasterCard details before trying again, or you may need to try an alternative payment method.

    Could you please let me know if we can proceed differently?

    You need to contact with envato support for this issue because envato manage the payment section.
