so I have checked by my side and I can select any animation effect. Do you have the latest version 1.3.2 ?
Hey!
So yes, updating did help as far us saving the changes, but I’m not seeing those go into effect. Quick video: https://cl.ly/19c487ac8f5e
I purged my caching (SiteGround) but still remains an issue.

I have just checked a new install on a fresh website, and the effects are working. I’m not able to reproduce the issue.
Can you give me your url so that I can see it in action

is it possible that you have an optimization tool on your website that has a caching system and a minification/compression for the CSS/JS files and scripts ?
currently in your page I don’t find my script call, so I suppose that this has been moved and renamed somewhere.
any information is welcome 🙂
Yes, we do use SiteGround’s caching plugin.

I will try purging the plugin just in case.

do you have a test website in your server where you could do some testing ?
By my side I don’t see my JS call in your page, and according to the tests that I have made on my own, all is ok on a fresh install
There is probably something wrong with a conflict, but we have to investigate to find what
