# Js_composer [WPBakery Visual Composer] Plugin will not Activate in Be theme

 * I’ve uploaded the plugin in plugins folder via FTP but whenever i try to Activate
   it this error is displayed “Warning: require_once(/home/…/wp-content/plugins/
   js_composer/include/helpers/helpers_factory.php): failed to open stream: No such
   file or directory in /…/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/js_composer.php on line
   137”. And plugin does not activate. And if i try to upload the plugin from dashboard
   as a zip file then another error is seen “Unable to locate WordPress Content 
   directory (wp-content).”. Please help. I’ve tried most of the suggestion from
   different support threads but no help.

 * – Delete this plugin (js_composer) via [FTP ](http://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients),
   or your web-host’s cPanel or whatever file management application your host provides.

 * Thanks but i’ve already tried this. Upon uploading zip file on dashboard i get
   the error as i’ve mentioned above that is “Unable to locate WordPress Content
   directory (wp-content)”. And if i upload plugin in the /plugins folder & then
   if i try to activate it then i get the error stating “Warning: require once” 
   as mentioned above. Please help.

 * Hi there.
 * Disable your BeTheme for a few minutes (normally it should not harm your website).
 * Try to activate your VC plugin.
 * Still issues? Go to ThemeForest, redownload the hole zip of Betheme. Unpack, 
   delete in your FTP all BeTheme and VC directories, upload fresh.
 * I know the theme and the plugin as I’m using them for several clients. They don’t
   have problems with missing files.
 * Still problems? Try on a fresh installation of WordPress, first put VC, then 
   BeTheme. If you still have problems, then you should request support from your
   host as some things might be from their side (strange PHP configs?).
