# Plugin will not Activate

 * I paid and downloaded the Visual Composer and it will not Activate. all I get
   is

 * no server just me and my laptop. Yes I was able to install plugins from my download
   from Envatomarket Bon Appetit – Premium Restaurant WordPress Theme. after download
   it requested I download plugins two Activated but this one will not.

 * In that case, ask the developers of that plugin – as they provide support of 
   their commercial products. These forums don’t have any way to help with those.
