    Thanks for your help.

I followed the instructions of past postings on how to add a Widget On Page plugin. (I am trying to add a custom contact form into the body of a single page.) I followed the link of a past support post and used this video: http://gingerbreaddesign.co.uk/2010/12/30/vid-how-to-add-widgets-to-pages-and-posts/

After installing the Widget On Page plugin, adding it to a side bar, and then dropped this onto my page

    [widgets_on_pages id=”RegistrationForm”]

    I got the following error:

Fatal error: Call to a member function getAdminOptions() on a non-object in /home/findyour/public_html/wp-content/plugins/custom-contact-forms/modules/widget/custom-contact-forms-widget.phpon line 17

Do you know why I got this? I didn’t make any other changes to the site and have never had this error before. How can I fix it? Can you help me add the widget on page plugin?

    Any advice would be appreciated!

    Thanks.

    Hey Hannah,

This is a new one on me… good work! 😉

I think here though you don’t actually need to use the Widgets on Pages plugin at all since the Custom Contact Form plugin has it’s own shortcodes for you to use.

Could you try using the following type of shortcode instead?

    [customcontact form=FORMID]

I basing this advise on the fact that all you want to do is add a form to your page, so if I’ve misunderstood please let me know.

    Todd
