[Plugin: Widget Logic] widget logic displaying links that are not clickable

Hi all,
I installed widget logic on a website that i’m building , and i’m using winget logic to display a side menu in the right sidebar of the page, the problem is that widget logic is working fine on IE and firefox but it comes to safari and chrome the links of that secondary menu are just not clickable for some reason, I tested the website on another domain ( so another server) and it’s working fine there with every browser. So I was wondering is there a specific php extention that is needed on the server for widget logic to work properly, or could it be something to do with the SQL version etc.
