    Problem solved. Turns out it was a memory issue. Increased PHP memory limit and problem went away.

    Ok, issue hasn’t been solved. Increasing limit appeared to work but problem returned. Also experiencing similar issue with WordPress Manuals. Attempting to save results in a page not found.

    Sometimes resetting the settings and re-entering them all fixed the issue, but often it doesn’t.

    So far only plugins by Video User Manuals are causing this issue.

    Our server guy has narrowed the issue down to possible being a mod_security issue. Don’t know how much of this is the plugin’s fault or our server configuration, but that’s the status of things at the moment.

    Another Update: Disabling mod_security has fixed the issue, though this isn’t necessarily ideal.
