Plugin which allows for colors in CSS to be changed

Howdy,

I was wondering if there is a plugin which allows for somebody to change the hexadecimal code of colors of a site/theme from within the wp-admin backend?

I know many themes have it set up in such a way that end users can easily customize various options, with colors often being one of them.

Any information is greatly appreciated.
