Plugin which adds photo credit to images on your blog?

I have a large image heavy site and wish to add a credit url for each photo…this is basically what i would like….

As soon as you star a quiz you’ll notice each photo comes up with a credit in the bottom right hand corner…..is this a plugin or something else? I cant figure out how to do it or find a plugin to do it.
