   blog, doesn’t work.

 * Guys, it will be very helpful if you can submit more description about your troubles–
   this will allow us to fix them. Simple ‘is does not work’ tells nothing.
 * If you want to help with troubles resolving, please provide the following information:
   
   1. Does any of cache plugins work? 2. If there is blank screen – what is the 
   error in error log? 3. What are Web Optimizer settings? 4. What is website address?
