 * Any plans to update this great plugin? The Page Manager plugin it links to is
   no longer supported and I am sure other features could be updated.

 * I see that this plugin has been updated. What I am referring to is the links 
   on the settings page under CMS Features. Enable Page Manager links to Page Manager
   which says it is no longer supported and … multiple content blocks links to the
   Trendwerk plugin which hasn’t been updated in over a year. The Page.ly plugin
   is better as linked to below in your settings.
