    My guess is that you either have a configuration problem or there’s a 3rd-party application installed that is deliberately obscuring IP addresses. The former could be caused by a badly configured proxy server. The latter could be caused by your ISP, if you are in a locale where it is illegal to store visitor IP addresses.

    Before we can fix it, we need to know if WassUp is recording the correct IP address, but not showing it. Click “view raw table” on a single record in visitor detail and copy and paste the data here or, if you are worried about security, send it to me at techfromhel (at) gmail (dot) com.
