We understand your concern, and we’ve done deep brainstorming before taking this step.
When we took over the maintenance of this plugin, our goal was to add more value to the process. While discussing with the authors and reviewing all our products and ecosystem, we noticed that new users often missed ready-made templates for sticky headers.
We wanted to provide that in the best possible way—one that is easy to maintain for both users and our team. So, we integrated our tool WDesignKit, which gives you full control to import templates. You can delete WDesignKit right after if you wish, or continue using it to store templates on the cloud and access other useful features.
We also added other options that many free users had requested, like a free Elementor Theme Builder—made possible through the integration of Nexter Extension.
That said, we’ve kept everything completely FREE as mentioned above. Free templates, free theme builder, and the plugin itself—all come with well-optimized code, so your site performance is not negatively impacted, even during the onboarding process where multiple plugins may temporarily be installed.
We also understand that clarity in the user journey is important. So based on your feedback, we’ll improve the onboarding process and update button texts to set the right expectations, so you never feel like something happened without your knowledge.
Would you like us to hide anything that hampers your workflow by adding a toggle/switch in the dashboard? We’ve ensured that any notification outside the dashboard appears only once, and once closed, it won’t show again.

You’re safe to update to the latest version—we’ve added better support for Elementor Pro’s navigation menu, and we’re planning even more useful updates around it. Just close any unwanted notifications once, and you won’t see them again.
