[Plugin: W3TC] .htaccess entry causing internal server error.

    It seems W3TC is editing .htacces which is causing an internal server error. The following code is added to .htaccess causing the problem (removing it from .htaccess solves problem, but code is added again at later time):

    Can anyone spot the problem and provide possible solutions (other than removing W3TC)?
