    I don’t mind support this plugin, which I am but I installed a new skin called “Glow” and one of the first things I did was add the link to this plugin to the footer of the skin.

    when I went to to take a look I saw this:
    http://yfrog.com/2882408803p
    I have no clue how it got there, I’m using FF 3.5.8 and its located to the right of the sidebar of my skin.

    When I scrolled down at the footer I saw the one I entered in the footer. I tried looking in the skin found nothing took a look at the source and saw this:

    <script type="text/javascript">
    		jQuery(".js #featured-area, .js ul#page-menu, .js ul#cats-menu, .js img#logo, .js div.custom-sidebar-block").show(); //prevents a flash of unstyled content
    	</script>

    </body>
    </html>

    I tried it with another browser, IE but the ad was in the footer,

    this is the one I had no idea of, now if it can stay in the footer which I have no problem with it staying there I’d be quite happy, but I use Firefox and most of my visitors aswell. How can I fix/remove this?

    To be clear, the plugin uses wp_footer() to add the link only if you select that option, but default it does not place any links.

    If you theme doesn’t use wp_footer() or blogroll or other list in a convenient way you can manually place the link if you so choose.

    So choose ‘select one’ in the support us section of the general settings tab and no link will be placed.

    Thank you.

    I do still have the same problem. I’ve chosen “select one”, but still the AD after the </html>

    Is there already a solution for this issue? Thanks!

    That’s not a bug, that is the HTML comment that’s appended to all pages so that you know that W3TC is running.

    But a normal visitor see this text at each bottom and destroys a bit the layout…
