# [Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Won't install

 * When I install and try to activate, I get the following error:
 * _Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error._
 * Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_OBJECT_OPERATOR in /*******/*/********/******/
   dietandexercisetips/blog/wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/lib/W3/PluginProxy.
   php on line 56
 * Any ideas?

 * Which PHP version are you using?
    Plugin requires PHP5.
