[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Why is page speed so low?

This is a multisite, domain mapped setup with 3 sites:
> Primary site home page http://trianglehomesuccess.com/ gets a page speed rating of 85.
> Second site http://wideopensecret.com/ gets 92.
> Third site http://trianglenewhome.com gets 74!
Why is the page speed for this 3rd site, with next to nothing on it, so slow? All the W3TC settings for this site are the same as the others.
Any ideas?
