Not that I’m aware of. It would take me some time to compose some guidelines / rules of thumb.

ok, no problem, currently adding .js files one by one and testing the best location for them.
let me shoot you another question:

check this screen shot its easier than describing the problem: http://screencast.com/t/zT91f1dDPo4t

the plugin currently works fine but I can’t get it to save any .js script for a certain template. if I chose: All templates it works fine. See the example in red. I was trying to load the comment .js file only on singular views and it does not work. it still gets loaded on every page and is not contained in the minified file although I emptied the cache a couple of times and reloaded the page.
am I doing something wrong or why don’t the templates work?

just answered my own question: it works but I misunderstood the function. the set up in the screen shot will minify the comment .js file only if the template singular is used otherwise it will still be included. I thought that it would not be included anywhere except where the template singular is used. my bad. The plugin is basically not removing anything it is just minifying where told to 🙂
