• Hi Everybody,

I’ve been using the W3TC plugin for the past 2 years and I was happy about the same. A month back the QA team detected that the connection gets reset when a new post is added. Unfortunately this issue has been there in production for a long time (including the older versions) and it was not detected.

If the W3TC plugin is deactivated, then the connection reset doesn’t occur when the new post is added. This can also be verified by looking into the Apache logs (don’t forget to add the %O into the logging parameters), where there is a zero byte response for successful http post (200 response code).

The W3TC plugin is used to regulate the memcache servers and the CDN.

Is it an expected behavior of W3TC or misconfiguration or a bug? It’ll be very helpful to know/understand this issue and all suggestions are welcomed!
