[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Setting up CDN

    First off. This plugin is awesome! Has cut my load time in half and then some. I understand all the settings but the CDN. Per a suggestion from Yoast.com, I have opened a CDN with VPS.net. VPS has also set up APC on my account.

    The issue I have no is I have no idea what to put in the Configuration panel of the CDN settings page in W3TC. Are the FTp settings supposed to be those of my actual web host or of the CDN? Also, I don’t know what to put in the CNAME field.

    My apologies if these are dumb questions but I’m so excited to complete the last step of optimization but just can’t figure it out. Thanks.
