[resolved] Redundant cache string makes page speed complain (2 posts)

W3TC creates minified css, and calls it something like:

    wp-content/w3tc/min/14b5d/default.include.588c2f.css?b6ae48

Pagespeed bitches about the ?xxxxxx, which seems redundant since the filename already includes a random string (the 588c2f).

Any thoughts? Submitted bug report as well.

Spoke to Fredrick over the ticket email, and he said it's necessary for certain functionality. Disabling (unchecking) "Prevent caching of objects after settings change" from the JS/CSS section of Browser caching disabled the query string, and all is well.

    Thanks!
