  • Are you using APC object caching by any chance? we did and had this problem, we needed to disable it (switch to disk based object caching) for it to work

    That’s a great question, looking to hear what the caching type was here.

    I was using, simple Basis and enhanced in both cased it did not work.

    so finally, we have remove this cache plugin as it was creating issue and load to our server

    It sounds like the plugin didn’t have permission to write cache files. Did you happen to check if the cache size grew (in w3tc/ directory)?

    As I just found that getting some help, I have install that plugin again but it makes the site very slow.
