[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] not using minified css & js from CDN

    For some reason W3 Total Cache is not rewriting urls to use the minified css and js in the CDN (despite having it switched on in the settings) and is using the minified files on the server instead?

    It should rewrite these urls automatically, shouldn’t it?
