[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] nobody file group and user

    my problem is once i have installed w3-total-cache and due to mantanence of my site i uninstall after when i reactivate this it cannot.
    i search for the problem and get it but i cannot solved it because file are in 99 99 user /group how to change

    I’m sorry for the trouble, permissions is something that only your web host can explain to you most accurately. They should have a FAQ and control panel that allows you to make changes as needed if you do not know how to do it via SSH or FTP.
