 * Does this plugin support Nginx reverse proxy mode? Or, do we have to manually
   convert and add the rewrite rules for static files in Nginx configuration file?

 * You can of course use nginx as a reverse proxy, but W3TC doesn’t do any configuration
   of it. Using nginx as the web server does take advantage of configuration files
   W3TC creates.
