[Resolved] [Plugin: W3 Total Cache] MPMU – plugin updates – clearing caches

  • Am I under the correct assumption that on a multi-site setup, every time there is a plugin updated that I will have to manually go into each individual sites WPTC settings and delete ALL caches one site at a time?

This seems like nightmare. I would have to hire someone full time to do this to all of my sites.

Caches empty themselves as needed. I’ve never seen this complaint before.

Sorry, Didn’t mean to sound harsh. Just that after a plugin is updated the yellow warning on the top of admin always pops up saying I DO need to clear caches.

So what your saying is this message can just be disregarded and hidden and things will take care of themselves?

Just trying to figure this all out.

    thanx

The point is that when you change some settings per site you have to empty a cache for the changes to take effect. After that everything happens automatically per site.
