[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Lots of error messages

    I’m getting the following error messages and have no clue what they are referring to. If someone could help, I’d appreciate it. I don’t see any documentation on troubleshooting the plugin either. Thanks.

    Content Delivery Network Error: The “Replace default hostname with” field must be populated. Enter the hostname of your CDN provider. This is the hostname you would enter into your address bar in order to view objects in your browser.

    When attempting to upload includes, theme files, custom files, etc I get these:

    wp-includes/images/rss.png Empty host.
    wp-content/themes/thesis_18/screenshot.png Empty host.

    You have not populated your CDN settings, yet you have the feature activated. Disable that option for now, save your settings, then go to the CDN settings tab and get your settings sorted out. Check the FAQ for help.
