    No there’s no real time option because most servers can’t do that anyway. It’s best to use a CDN (S3 is *not* one), in origin pull mode like cloudfront and then there’s never anything to upload, cloudfront does all of the work for you. You can provision a cloudfront distribution easily via W3TC by changing the method on the general settings tab and then populating the options on the CDN settings tab afterwards.
