    Can I manually, in another plugin, flush the cache for a certain page? How?

    You can use the function w3tc_pgcache_flush_post($post_id) to flush a specific page from the cache. Make sure that the W3TC plugin is loaded before you call the method.

    @Earlcox, are there errors in your web server error log?

    @niska: It works with pages as well or custom post types.
