  • I’m quite often seing something like this on my pages:

Database Caching 1/74 queries in 0.151 seconds using disk: basic

    Served from: @ 2011-09-17 09:44:15 –>

If the clock is 11.00 for example, does this mean that for the last hour, I’ve only been sending 1 cached query? And all the 73 other queries are pulled from the database each time the page is loaded?

Another question I have is why some queries are rejected (not cached in debug mode). Is there some queries that don’t get cached, and why? (and to my knowledge, these not cached queries aren’t the ones set to be rejected in the console).

I hope you can clarify these issues to me!

No, that’s not what it means at all. You would have to use debug mode to see exactly what is being cached or not cached for a given page.
