[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] After installing W3 I get a 8MB size limit when uploading files!

After I installed the plugin I now have a size limit of 8MB when uploading files.

This was not previously there as I have uploaded many larger than 8MB files before. I had edited my php.ini to remove the 2MB file upload by default.

After I checked my php.ini file remains the same, but I still can’t upload more than 8MB even after deleting the plugin or clearing all of its cache.
