    i made a new voucher and asked for a valid email from the visitor before getting him to view the voucher.

    When i tried it i registered my email and i received an email with a link to follow saying :

    “You have successfully registered to download this voucher, please download the voucher from here:”

    i clicked the link and all i get is a message saying :

    “Internal Server Error
    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

    Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

    More information about this error may be available in the server error log.”

    so can you please advise me with what can i do in such case?

    It looks like the server doesn’t have enough memory to create the PDF voucher. Can you contact your hosts as they will be able to tell you what the actual error is.
