before I create the entire form I need to make the Submit Button work. http://www.ruthbutler.com/evtntest/produced-water-separation/customized-quote/
I researched your forum and found in most cases Bluehost subscribers had the problem. I tried using the plugin configure SMTP that you suggested on this forum (maybe I didn’t set it up correctly) and I tried the plugin “Mailto” that one rep at Bluehost said to use ( I think he is way off ) and I am removing that plugin.
Can you help?
Yours is the best form creator I have found. Now if I can get it to work.
This is not a question of the Submit button working, but rather your server not sending the emails. As I state in the FAQ, and elsewhere on the forum, if your server is not configured to use PHP’s built-in sendmail() (which wp_mail uses) you will need to use a plugin such as WP Mail SMTP.
If you are having trouble setting that up, I suggest starting a new topic on their support forum.
I’ve noticed with different sites I host on Bluehost, that the best plugin is the Mail From plugin, but you’ve got to make sure the email exists in the control panel. http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/mail-from/ This plugin only makes the email come from a different address than the default server one. That may fix it. I’d like to know the result, if you don’t mind posting.
