    I am trying to create the notification email for the customer and in the “Email to” field it does not have any options in the drop down box even though I have one email field that is required and validated using the email.

    I was having this problem on Friday and today after the plugin updated to the 2.2.

    I have also tried creating a new form after the update and still is not working. Also search the forum and have not seen this issue. Thank you for your help in this matter.

    Sorry you are having trouble. I have not been able to replicate this issue.

    How adapt are you at running SQL queries?

    I am not sure how SQL queries are done and checked in the office and no one else feels comfortable. We would be willing to give you a temp login or do a GTM to see our issue. We have tried several different browsers, computers and Operating Systems. Thank you for your help in this matter.

    I have the same problem. Do you have a solution that you can share?

    It has been a while so from what I remember we added the fields and then had to save, go out to another part of the dashboard and then go back into the form builder. It then gave me the option in the drop down. Hope that helps.
