# [Plugin: Visual Form Builder] Database error equal indexes

 * In my database I get the following error messages (I made **3** forms):
 * > The following indexes appear to be equal and one of them should be removed:
   > entries_id, entries_id_4
   >  The following indexes appear to be equal and one

   > to be equal and one of them should be removed: entries_id, entries_id_2

   >  The following indexes appear to be equal and one of them
   > should be removed: field_id, field_id_3 The following indexes appear to be 
   > equal and one of them should be removed: field_id, field_id_2

   >  The following indexes appear to be equal and one of them
   > should be removed: form_id, form_id_3 The following indexes appear to be equal

 * What to do? Any help much appreciated!
