[Plugin: Viper’s Video Quicktags] Page CSS “Flash/blink” on load

Hey Viper,
first off thanks for the great plugin… I am having a bit of trouble though and thought at the very least you could maybe point me in the right direction…
So the issue is that the whole page reloads when i browse from link to link = meaning the header reloads, the sidebar reloads, the bkgrnd reloads, the works. The only browser the styles stay “cached” in is Safari 4…
Could this be a slow server, too much style, swfs breaking the cache? , the doctype ???

any thoughts would be greatly appreciated…
