The service looks promising but SERIOUSLY lacks documentation on basic admin functions.

Looks like this might be as good as it gets.. I wasn’t all that impressed with the demo. Options seem to be “watch” “identify” or “disconnect” a user. Although the “watch” feature did make me feel uncomfortably voyeuristic for a minute. 😛
