Well the topic title says it all as for the problem. Additional issues are that the developer seems to think that Twitter is a viable forum to handle support issues from. Unfortunately given Twitters severely limited text field I was not able to give all the details of our installation and the developer seemed to take little interest in the issue I was reporting. We are using the Genesis Framework and the video embedder and would liked to have been able to use this widget as well but as soon as we activate it our favicons disappear until we disable the plugin. Obviously there is some conflict in the code here but not everyone using WP is in fact a coder so technical support is actually needed in order to make this a good widget to use.
