 * I want to install this plugins in a WordPress 3.4.1, so I would like to know 
   what plugin version works in this WordPress version. (Update WordPress version
   is not an option)

 * Hi there!
 * WPP version 2.3.7 should run fine with WordPress 3.4.1. However, that release
   is no longer available over here so you’ll have to [download WPP v2.3.7](https://github.com/cabrerahector/wordpress-popular-posts/releases/tag/2.3.7)
   from my GitHub repo.
 * Note that I will not provide any support of any kind for this version since it’s
   _really_ out of date now, so you’re on your own.
 * **Edit:** spoke too soon. Turns out it is still available, so you can [download it from here](https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/wordpress-popular-posts.2.3.7.zip).
