    Hi joyryde,

    Thank you for using InstaShow!

Unfortunately, we didn’t see our plugin at the link you’ve provided. We’ll be happy to help with the issue, but we need to see what’s going on first. Would it be an option for you to put the plugin to a test page on your website aтв give us the direct link to that page?

    Thank you!

The shortcode is on my home page, it’s been on there for 2 years. It just stopped showing my Instagram account. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting the Access Token and that doesn’t fix it. I also tried disabling all other plugins, yet it still does not appear on the home page as it always had.

    Hi joyryde,

We see that InstaShow is installed on your website, but we don’t see its shortcode on the page. Please, add the shortcode and let us know if it fixes the issue for you.

The shortcode has been there for 2 years, on the homepage, it was never removed.

Found out that the theme settings were updated by the theme developer and it hid the shortcode, figured out a workaround now.

We’ve checked once again, and it turns out that the plugin’s displaying on your website now. Please, let us know if it’s still an issue on your side.
