[Plugin: Vanilla Forums] Recent discussions widget

When i tag a vanilla discussion announce the recent discussions widget doesn’t pull it, the moment i take announce off it pulls it.

The recent discussion list pulls only unannounced discussions. Once a discussion has been “announced”, it is basically “sticky” and will always remain at the top of the discussion list. For this reason, it’s not included in the “Recent Discussions” widget because it may, or may not actually be “recent”.
